Nothing Phone 1 Concept


Goal

Create a buzz and get a design position at Nothing all while learning advertising, video editing, rendering, modeling and motion design.


Solution

Inspired by old pacemakers, ice cubes and jewelry, phone 1 offers a new form factor for smartphones and continues the Nothing vision - creating tech that feels like nothing.

2021

This project started even before Nothing launched their first product, therefore the process was very speculative. After days of brainstorming, a concept emerged “the dyson of phones”.

Creating a new form-factor without sacrificing ergonomics or comfort.

Inspired by old pacemakers.

Celebrating the engineers by not covering the internals with an opaque glass and metal shell.
